At NHK Helmets, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the visor film remains intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item for safety standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
